Steering transmission part is an important part of automobile steering system, the double front axle steering power part mainly includes steering oil tank, steering oil pump, steering power cylinder and steering oil pipeline.
According to the flow path of steering oil, the steering oil tank → steering oil pump → steering gear → steering oil tank, steering gear → power cylinder → steering gear, the structure is shown in the figure above.
Since the parts of the system vary greatly with the vehicle configuration, the specific parts drawing number can be inquired through the vehicle BOM.
Note: 1. The joints at the connection between the steering tank and the steering machine are: SZ947000825 right Angle joint, DZ97189470225 ring joint, 190003962651 hollow bolt and 190003098031 washer.
2. The 8# hydraulic transmission oil used in the steering system currently includes: MR207009000918L-SQ (18L), BYMR2090370028 (1.8L), and the single-vehicle filling volume is 3.6L.
3. The latest steering tank filter element (supplier code: 220048) has two types: DZ95189470088(matched with single front axle) and DZ95319470088 (matched with double front axle),
which are not in general use with the previous vehicles.
